I used Doris Castle’s Conversation Cards for the questions. Doris gives you the questions as isolated graphics in the kit so I combined them with her Totally Tags & ATC's kit.

One more place card set...
Here's one more place card set - these have fun "what if" questions on them. Throughout the meal, people could take turns answering the question on their card. Sounds fun, I think. :)
